Sources confirm that a spin-off series of Reacher, which is currently untitled, will have Maria Stern as the lead.
In Reacher, Maria Stern plays the role of Frances Neagley, who is an investigative assistant and the ex-military partner of Jack Reacher, played by Alan Ritchson. According to Deadline, fans will thus witness Stern continuing her stint as Neagley in the spin-off series as well. Following the release of Reacher, which is based on the book series Jack Reacher by Lee Child, Frances Neagley instantly became one of the most admired characters from the show.
As per the revelations made by several sources, the spin-off series will have the executive producer of Reacher, Nick Santora coming in to write the screenplay with Law and Order and Prison Break writer, Nicholas Wootton.
